ABOUT ME

I started my coaching practice with one goal in mind: to help people find JOY in their work, relationships, and life.

Combining my background in psychology with my personal interest in spirituality, I love helping leaders focus, reflect, and refine their lives. A lifelong learner, I'm passionate about helping people cultivate a love of learning and growth. I don't want to be 'stuck' in life or just go through the motions - I want to flourish, and to help others do the same.

Like most life-passions, mine was birthed out of a tender place.

The truth is, I used to be suffocated under the weight of past trauma, chronic health issues, and an unhealthy set of personal rhythms shaped by my unpleasant experiences. After countless hours of work in attending intensive therapy and an ongoing pursuit of all things trauma care, self-awareness, and attachment, I am blessed to now live a life of resilient joy and whole brained integration.

I want the same for you…

YOUR STORY MATTERS.

We are all on our own journey, with our own voices, and our own unique gifts, but we aren't designed to journey alone. I've had beautiful people come alongside me to partner in my own healing process and I’d love to do the same with you, gently guiding you toward a deeper sense of community, belonging, and growth.

On the personal side, I love the literary works of Tolkien and read The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings every fall season. Green is my favorite color, I collect house plants, and I love being surrounded by life and growth. I am a musician and an artist who occasionally paints commission pieces, and I love to ride and work cattle with my family here on the ranch.

I also love a cozy mug of something warm. What about you?
